Sailing a catamaran in Seychelles

This archipelago of 115 islands is one of the most beautiful place on earth for great sailing experience: short distance for easy sailing, world famous beaches and secret coves…The navigation zone includes Mahé, Praslin, La Digue and many smaller islands. We suggest 10 days minimum to sail to the Amirantes.

Mahe

Mahe, the main island is probably one of the most beautiful islands in the world with a choice of 70 beaches. The marina is in Port Victoria, near Eden Islands, 25 minutes away from the airport and 15 minutes away from the capital Victoria, where it is worth spending a few hours walking around, for example the newly renovated market is not to be missed.

Praslin

Full of history and legends, Praslin used to be a pirates and Arab merchants hideout. Most of the island is covered by a tropical forest. Wildlife and nature are in harmony in the Mai Valley where Vanilla trees and many different bird species can be observed. Crystal clear waters are a paradise for divers who will be delighted by the colorful corals, seashells and over 800 fish species! The marina is in the superb bay of Sainte Anne, close to many local shops. Maritime shuttles and flights every 15 minutes from Mahé.
